Review of 2019

My personal review of 2019: I had a very work-intensive, but successful year in close collaboration with my partners and colleagues, managing three multinational projects. On one hand, I had the responsibility to manage the IRONORE project for Austrian Red Cross with a big full-scale Civil Protection exercise in September in Eisenerz. On the other hand, I – with publicomm GmbH – was a member of the IDMEX consortium, conducting two tenders for DG ECHO. Both new developments, brought Lot 2 a PIX (plug in exercise) for EU modules and EUCPT in the Caribbean, also in September and Lot 3 the creation and conducting of three TTX (table top exercises) for HNS (Host Nation Support) after disasters.
With the support of my partners from Red Cross, the IDMEX consortium and my co-workers, we could manage this huge workload successfully, thank you so much for your support and cooperation.
I am looking in a very positive mood forward to the next year, to unfold new horizons, realise new ideas and plans and gear up for new, upcoming challenges! #IDMEX #IRONORE #EUSavesLives
